We have been waiting a while to open up enrollment as our remodeling has been taking more time than we planned. We decided to open anyway!
We always planned on being able to provide home visits for a small additional fee. As the clinic building is not yet ready to be used, we will see patients from central Florida in their homes for free until the clinic building is fully operational. The clinic itself is almost done, and we see this as a very temporary situation.
For now, you can enroll on-line here! The enrollment page can take up to 15-20 minutes per person as you enter your demographics and medical history.
